1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Damiao Landscaping Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services
We provide landscaping services including garden design, hard and soft landscaping, planting schemes, turfing, decking, fencing, paving, water features, and ongoing maintenance. We will provide services in a professional and timely manner, in line with agreed specifications and project plans.

3. Quotations and Payment
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement. Deposit requirements and final payment schedules will be clearly stated in project proposals. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to project scope or specifications must be agreed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if changes materially affect project cost. Cancellations by clients may be subject to fees to cover work already undertaken or materials purchased.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, access to the property, and any necessary permissions for works to proceed. Failure to provide access or correct information may delay the project and could incur additional charges.

6. Liability
While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, Damiao Landscaping Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided for the relevant project.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and materials produced by Damiao Landscaping Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use such materials for the agreed project.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
